Scrapbook BUNCO is a BIG Success!

My FIRST Scrapbook Bunco
A BIG HIT!

Well, my very first Scrapbook Bunco was last night and it was a BIG success!  Everyone had a really good time - lots of laughing, giggling, yelling
and also some screaming.

Dinner started at 6:30 pm and the dice were rolling at 7:15 pm.  I didn't play so I was able to go from table to table, helping those who had never played before.  I had a blast even without actually playing!!

We played one round, then stopped for dessert, then played one more round.  It was such a hit that I am planning another one in a few months.  If you missed this one, you don't want to miss the next one.

SAVE THE DATE
My next Scrapbook Bunco is tentatively set for
Friday, November 30th @ 6:30 pm
Dinner and dessert will be served
The fee is $15
The prizes are the same:

I just love the way my cards and scrapbook pages look with stitching.  It really does something for the project, makes it stand out.  But I don't like sewing!  I hate getting my needles out and taking on that time consuming task of stitching around my layout or even a small card.  So when I saw this "Faux" stitching on someone's project, I jumped at trying it!  I wish I could remember where I saw it but here is a card I made using this "Faux" stitching technique.

Below you can see a close up of this technique.  All you do is emboss a line around your item, your page or your card, then sand the raised ridge.  Then all you do is pierce evenly around the raised, sanded line.  It looks just like you stitched it!!  Try it!  It gives the same look at a fraction of the time.

Make This Beautiful Picture Frame!

My Creations Bracket Frame

Using the new "La Belle Vie" paper pack and Stickease Assortment, this frame was fast and simple to make

With just a few extra embellishments, this frame was done in just 30 minutes.   Want to make one for yourself?  The frame is one of our fabulous new items, the My Creations Bracket Frame.  I used La Belle Vie paper pack, La Belle Vie Stickease Assortment I embellished with Bohemian Assortment, Sparkles Black Flourishes, Durables Square Studs, and a few Sparkles Clear Assortments The bracket was cut using our Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge so how much easier can it get??
